Newsmith Stainless, alongside their subsidiaries Oliver Douglas, Hiley Engineering, and Oddy, capped off the 2014 exhibition season with a successful show at Gulfood Manufacturing this November. Co-exhibiting alongside baking specialists Spooner Industries, Newsmith were able to demonstrate their industrial washing machines and conveyor systems to a truly worldwide audience.
Newsmith exhibited two machines on their stand; the Oliver Douglas Panamatic 700 and the Hiley Series II Powered Belt Bend. The Panamatic is the signature industrial washing machine of the Oliver Douglas range, combining versatility with an effective and proven cleaning action. The Hiley Powered Belt Bend is similarly versatile, offering a robust and reliable conveyor option for a wide range of food and non-food industries.
“This year marks the first Gulfood Manufacturing exhibition where the entire Newsmith Group has been on display, and it shows in our record level of enquiries”, remarks John Glover, Newsmith Sales Manager, “With the industrial washing machines offered by Newsmith and Oliver Douglas, the conveyor solutions provided by Hiley, and the bespoke roll lines, proofers and finishing tables unique to Oddy, the Newsmith Group can cater to almost any industry in the food manufacturing sector.”
Gulfood marks the end of the 2014 exhibition season for Newsmith, but preparations are already underway for 2015, with ProSweets Cologne and IBA Munich on the horizon.
