Automated cleaning and handling equipment specialist, Newsmith Stainless Ltd., is bringing its extensive expertise in the food and beverage production sector to this year’s Pack Expo in Chicago. The company can point to more than 45 years’ experience – much of it gained in the American marketplace – during which time its range of purpose-designed systems have demonstrated performance, cost effectiveness and quality results.
The full capability of both Newsmith Stainless Ltd. and Oddy will be presented at the Gulfood Manufacturing Exhibition in Dubai this year.
Leading manufacturers of automated cleaning and handling equipment that is used worldwide in the food and beverage production sector, Newsmith Stainless can call on more than 45 years’ experience with quality, competitive pricing and versatility are at the heart of the company’s success. Both modular and bespoke systems can be installed, with equipment options ranging from basket washers to loading/unloading units, conveyors and specialist options such as bread depanners.
Newsmith Stainless Ltd. is building on its leading reputation for the manufacture and installation of food and bakery production equipment with the announcement of a reciprocal, strategic partnership with LeMatic Inc. The American organisation has played a leading role worldwide in the sector since the late 1970’s and its range of systems – particularly its slicing and packaging equipment – is a close complement to Newsmith’s capabilities.
“We are delighted to have an agreement with LeMatic to see us providing a sales, support and spares service for customers throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East,” says Ryan Atkins, Export Sales Manager at Newsmith Stainless. “There are clear synergies between our own skills and equipment and those of LeMatic which will strengthen our involvement in the food production sector while, importantly, enabling our customers to meet a wider range of their manufacturing system needs from one highly experienced source.”
From cleaning systems to bakery equipment – Newsmith Group brings wide range to Foodex
Oliver Douglas and Oddy will be highlighting their range of industrial washing machines and bread roll lines on stand number L308 at this year’s Foodex exhibition. Both operating divisions of the Newsmith Group – which can point to some 50 years of successful installations in the food manufacturing sector worldwide – each is presenting its ability to tailor facilities to precise operational needs, fully enhanced by comprehensive operational support.
In the spotlight for Oliver Douglas will be its self-contained, all stainless steel Panamatic, Rotary Jet and Trayline designs. The Panamatic series of pot, pan, tray and utensil washing systems can be specified in a choice of sizes, each of which benefits from minimised water changes, alternative heating systems, economic operation and ease of maintenance. Batch loads of a range of production equipment, from trays to bins and containers are optimised with the Oliver Douglas Rotary Jet units. Centred on high pressure recirculation wash designs, the three units in the series can also be adapted to meet exact end user requirements, including an optional through load/unload configuration. The Trayline series provides optimised cleaning and handling for boxes, crates and baskets and can be installed a stand-alone unit or as part of a larger production and handling facility.
