From cleaning systems to bakery equipment – Newsmith Group brings wide range to Foodex

Oliver Douglas and Oddy will be highlighting their range of industrial washing machines and bread roll lines on stand number L308 at this year’s Foodex exhibition. Both operating divisions of the Newsmith Group – which can point to some 50 years of successful installations in the food manufacturing sector worldwide – each is presenting its ability to tailor facilities to precise operational needs, fully enhanced by comprehensive operational support.

In the spotlight for Oliver Douglas will be its self-contained, all stainless steel Panamatic, Rotary Jet and Trayline designs. The Panamatic series of pot, pan, tray and utensil washing systems can be specified in a choice of sizes, each of which benefits from minimised water changes, alternative heating systems, economic operation and ease of maintenance. Batch loads of a range of production equipment, from trays to bins and containers are optimised with the Oliver Douglas Rotary Jet units. Centred on high pressure recirculation wash designs, the three units in the series can also be adapted to meet exact end user requirements, including an optional through load/unload configuration. The Trayline series provides optimised cleaning and handling for boxes, crates and baskets and can be installed a stand-alone unit or as part of a larger production and handling facility.
